Review: [redacted] advertised on [redacted] that he could upgrade my operating system on my Cell Phone. I contacted him and he agreed he would be able to do this, however it would take 48 hours turn around not the advertised 24. I sent the phone to a p.o. box number he provided. [redacted]) This was in September 2013. I contacted him as to why the delay, and he answered he was very "hetic" but dont worry! I continued to attempt too contact Iamphones and left many messages but now I never get answers. The money I sent him was [redacted], and the phone cost was [redacted].I did message him to return the phone without the update,reimburse me, and keep postage costs $[redacted] I am out of ideas as to what to do....[redacted]Desired Settlement: Simply return my phone in the condition I sent it to Iamphones, and his fee that I paid. I am willing to provide the postage for the return.The model of the Phone is [redacted]

Review: I found [redacted] through the internet. I sent him the ipod touch 4th generation around 5/9/2013. I shipped my daughter's ipod to him and I paid him money to replace the battery. He then said that the ipod would not work. The screen on our ipod was like brand new, so he was going to try and find an ipod that worked but had a cracked screen and take our screen and put on it. This dragged on and eventually on 8/12/2013 I told him to ship it back to me so we can use as parts for ourself. HE HAS STILL NOT RETURNED IT EVEN THOUGH HE KEPT SAYING HE WOULD! He said he would send a tracking number and never did! Please do what you can against this business. Also make aware to other consumers that he is a fraud.Desired Settlement: I want the ipod back that I shipped him along with the new battery I paid for and the old battery. Also make known to others that he is not a good person to do business with.
