Review: On July [redacted] an account and opened and from there I paid for a download product by Gary Null from the company website iamplify.com. Since the download was supposed to be immediate after purchase, I was worried no prompt to download was available after purchase. So, later that evening I sent and email to "[redacted]" advising them that I see the charge of $16.95 on my card but I do not see this item in my online library or account. With no response I emailed them again on July [redacted] requesting an update. With no response again, I emailed "[redacted]" again 5 times, then finally a response on July [redacted]. In the email it read: [redacted]

On July [redacted], I thanked them for there reply and send a screenshot of the change to my credit card on July [redacted] which included the posted charge to my account on July [redacted]. The charge to my credit card was really done on July [redacted] however the transaction showed on the card on July [redacted]. On July [redacted] I send in another email requesting an update followed by four more emails with no reply from anyone at iamplify.com.

I simply want a refund of the $16.95 back on my credit cards so I can move on about my ways, or I may purchase from their reseller instead. The lack of response after more than 10 emails shows poor customer service, and failure to deliver for products paid is robbery.

There is no known tel number, your help is appreciated.Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: I joined amplify some years ago to download a running tutorial by Matthew R[redacted]. I have stopped using this service some years ago and have lost my account details.

I have tried to log on using the email address that the bill is being sent too and can't remember my password. when I click on the link to get a new password, it says that a new password has been sent to the registered email but I don't receive anything.

I have emailed the customer support email listed in the billing information to try and resolve but get nothing in return.

I would like the account to be closed.Desired Settlement: close off the account and stop credit card billing

Review: I have signed up for an affiliate program offered by iAmplify LLC on their website

[redacted] to promote their products (digital downloads). From the date I signed up I accumulated a small amount a advertising fees due to me. I noticed that no fees were paid to me neither by cheque nor paypal; although my information has been provided in my account for payment purposes. I completed an online enquiry form on iAmplify website about my payment on two occasions back in February 2011. Having received no response I emailed them to the address provided as an affiliate contact ([redacted]) and received a response on February **, 2011 from [redacted], Sr. Manager Business Development who assured me that they will look into this situation. Since that date I sent a further 17 emails over the course of one year requesting my payment and received 6 email responses over the same period with various excuses; however no payment was issued. I sent another email on November *, 2012 requesting the closure of my affiliate account and the repayment of my outstanding affiliate fees. I did not receive any response to this email but noticed that my account is no longer active so presumably they deleted my account but I still received no payment. Their known addresses include [redacted] (address as per Terms and Conditions of their website) and c/o [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] and[redacted], [redacted] (address as per contact page on their website). I have attached two screenshots of my affiliate account to this complaint- one the most recent one showing the balance the last time I was able to login to my account and another one made earlier in 2012 showing all transactions and fees due at that time.Desired Settlement: *Settlement you seek: Simply seeking to receive outstanding balance owed to me
