Called Ian about am and when he answered he asked me if he could call back in a couple minutes because he was on a ladderI said sure and he hung up, I assumed he had my number in his "recents"He never called back that daySo the next morning I called again, giving him the benefit of the doubt my number was lost or somethingThis time, after he spent a couple minutes finding his schedule book, he told me he would be in my neighbourhood today but wasn't sure what his schedule was for the day and would call me back when he had it sorted outI again said ok and gave him my phone number to ensure no lost numberAlso told him I only work minutes away so could easily meet him whenever it suitedAgain never called back

I have been hiring Ian to do repairs on my furnace since Someone always answers the phone when I callHe has always been available to come see me on the same day that I callHe is able to diagnose the furnace issues very quickly which I feel come from his decades of experienceHe is very reasonable in his pricing and is able to service my furnace right on the spotHe his able to bring in the parts needed right away from his large professional vanHe his very friendly and willing to explain and show the issues right from the furnace roomHe also installed a humidifier for meI was very happy with his service over all and I would reccommend him to anyone needing furnace repairs
