10/20/2017Dear *** ***,In response to the complaint issued by *** *** *** regarding the repair work to his *** *** ***'s vehicle was completed on 10/11/2017, and picked up on 10/13/The necessary repairs were completed that were requested by the customeras outlined in the signed work order.The vehicle was dropped off on 09/05/with the request to install motor mounts that were supplied by *** ***Unfortunately, the parts that *** *** had supplied were incorrect for his vehicleThe supplied parts were for a different make, model, and year carAlso, all the necessary hardware to complete the job was not included, and needed to be a special order from ***We did inform *** *** about the issues and all the correct parts were ordered with his approval*** *** was also informed at this time the delay with the parts would move him up on the schedule, and would come close to the time we would be out of the shop for daysWhen all the correct parts were received, and we could begin the job, it was discovered there was a loose/damaged control arm bolt*** *** was immediately notified by phone of the safety issue, and he seemed to know what it was fromDue to the safety issue we could not do the diagnostics on the drivability of the vehicle until the bolt was received, and the issue was able to be fixedWe did have an order issue with the special order bolt that caused a delay and *** *** was informed of that issueWe always kept *** *** informed of any issues or delays contacting him by phone and messages were always left.f you need any further information please feel free to contact us at ###-###-####.Sincerely,Para WCustomer Relations
