Review: In late March of 2013, I placed 5 substantial orders with this company. I was to receive a years worth of VPN's for which I paid $873.76.From the beginning, I could tell I was in trouble. It took them forever to fill an order and I was constantly running into bugs with the cheap software they provided.I had read nothing at all which was positive with the company or its owner, so I guess in hindsight, I should have known better.About a month ago, 31 of my servers stopped working dead in their tracks. However, the remaining ones worked just fine, so that told me that the problem was NOT with my computer, but rather, on their end.I wrote them 5 emails on 5 separate occasions asking them to please fix them. But now only was I unacknowledged, I was outright ignored.So yesterday, I phoned Paypal to complain, and lo and behold, they must have gotten a call from Paypal, because this morning, I tried to log in to the servers that WERE still working, AND EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM had been disabled. I don't know, but this seems like a HIGHLY illegal thing to do. I paid for those servers up until April of 2014, and I can't believe they can just shut them down on me, especially when I didn't do anything wrong in the first place.I want this company to be held liable for what I can only assume is illegal activity. They took my money and ran, for lack of a better term, and I am livid. Thank you very much.Desired Settlement: Here are the invoices which I copied and pasted from my account on their page. Keep in mind that the owner only wanted to be paid in British Pound Sterling, as he told me he makes more money that way.
