I am rejecting this response because:
This does not solve my problem of making payments on a car that is currently not running, I have paid more then the blue book value for the vehicle and being that I have to make the repairs what would make sense is that I receive the title for the car and we part ways.

[redacted] purchased the vehicle on May 15, 2015 in an as is condition (document can be provided if necessary). On or about October 16, 2015, [redacted] informed me that he was having mechanical troubles with the vehicle. At that time I advised him that even though it was purchased as is, I would...

refer him to a mechanic which would repair the vehicle at a much lower price since he was my customer. A few days later when the repair facility informed [redacted] that the problem was a fuel pump, [redacted] advised us not to repair the vehicle since 30 days prior he had the same problem repaired by his own mechanic. He then had the car towed from my mechanic to his mechanic. I thought the problem was settled at that time since that was the last time I heard from him until this letter. Review: after checking the car it need brake work power steering gasket some other thing were fixed however after driving home to ** my husband called and spoke with the son about five times

( he) my husband went to [redacted]in ** he was told that the noise in the wheel was a problem with drive shaft total repair for the car would be about 2000$ the car is a 1999 Mercedes Benz

we have brought at least 3 other cars from there before. My husband was told to get two estimate he did that. He made arrangements for the parts to be shipped to [redacted] which was the second estimate that was about 1900$. The Son who is in charge said he would ship the parts from New Jersey because he could get parts for about 400$. Its been about 2 months parts are not here yet.Desired Settlement: I would like the car fixed or the Bill of sale signed over to me . The total due about 2000$ amount paid 2600$ Car repair about 2000$

(will supply documents if necessary) Also be advised that [redacted] agreed to pay $250.00 every two weeks until the balance of $2454 would be paid to complete the purchase cost (buy here – pay here). As of this date, we have not received any payments. As a result of her action, the vehicle is under repossession order. I and B Business Corporation would like to keep its exemplary reputation by offering [redacted] a $700.00 discount as long as we receive $1754 within the next 30 days. Otherwise the repossession order will remain. I am rejecting this response because:this statement we bought the car as is its not true there is no reason for me to make a false statement you asked me to get two estimates in [redacted] and call you and I did that you also made arrangements with [redacted] and his repair shop to send the part from New Jersey because you said you can buy the part in New Jersey for 3 to 400 dollars you and [redacted] talked on the telephone where you all exchange address so as you can send the parts to his shop that never happened when I called you back and ask you did you send the parts you said you did you would have to check to see what happen. when I called you back again you ask me to make more payments and I told you I would once you sent the part down here you never sent the part and when I called you were always not there I was always told you would be be there in 2 or 3 days .the car is not drivable nowI'm only asking for what is fair I'm only asking you to keep your part of your agreement and we will start making payments like we always did with the 4 cars we have bought from you.

I accept the fact that I sign that document however I have brought three cars from them and was promised all repairs will be made that was the case with all the cars however after making phone calls down here to make arrangements to fix the car the car even the minor repairs were never made.The Son the salesman has always made promises to fix the cars and he's always repaired the car even after signing the document on all the cars that I've bought from him

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me.

Review: Purchased a car that is a lemon. Third car from dealer that does not get me back and forth to work. Taking cabs back and forth to work $30 a day. Paid for parts and labor ($570) and car is still not running. first car broke down 40 days after purchase ,within the first 30 days both rear tires became flat with no spare tire. ($30 each) In the last nine months I had 7 tows and at least two of the nine months I have been making car payments with no working vehicle. In April the owner gave me $50 for cabs. When I asked the dealer to help me with my black land rover that broke down with in the first two months he had it towed to a mechanic and assessed that there was a fuel pump problem and it would cost $500 to fix. He refused to fix replace with a more reliable vehicle he suggested I buy another car.Desired Settlement: I would like the dealer to replace my vehicle with one more dependable, fix my current vehicle or a substantial refund of my money. I have four children need to get to my job to support them and make my car payment
