I am rejecting this response because: There is no harassment to this I have not contacted this person directly since he " without any form of contact" filed a bogus lien against my land and was too much of a little man to answer his phone and talk to me directly about this problemWhat kind of a "man" goes after a woman like that and is too afraid to answer his phone and discuss the matter If he had been a big enough person to answer his phone in the first place I would have never kept trying to call him so we could talk directlyI was FRUSTRATED TO THE POINT OF A HEART ATTACK that someone could stoop so low and be afraid to talk to me on the phone Instead he hid, and like he says now, plans to file a police report THAT is harassment of me I don't even know where this person actually lives since they only have a P.OBox number as their addressI have had my Attorney and the Revdex.com contact him,NO DIRECT CONTACT FROM ME AT ALL and I am allowed to pursue " indirect means" of clearing my lien he has placed He thinks he can file a lien and I have no right to fight it ??? If he sends any reports to the police he is in violation of filing a report I have had enough of his continued threats The New Mexico Attorney General is handling this case from now on A felony was committed by them when they admitted liability when they gave me "credit" for damage on their invoiceTheir invoice was a TOTAL $1,800, then proceed to lie in a sworn Notarized Document that I owe them $3, You have to swear that what you are filing is the truth in a Notarized LienAny further harassment or threats by him or the old woman "I have been told" works for him that "I was told WENT IN AND ACTUALLY filed the bogus lien", will be turned over to law enforcement

I am rejecting this response because: Most of their response is pure lies to justify their actions Can't argue with liesFurthermore I was never anywhere close to where ever they live and cell phone records will substantiate thatAnother claim by them Mr*** never signed off on any of their so called "logs" they can make up what ever hours they wanted to when no one had to sign off on them The fact remains they were supposed to be "professionals" in this field and arrived a couple hours before dark with out proper equipment and under staffed as admitted by Ed I***They arrived at 3:pm and it got dark that day in December, about 5:so they start out with a claim of working 1/hours the first day The invoice they gave us was for $1,800, total They put a Bogus/lien on my land for $3,Falsifying a lien amount is a THIRD DEGREE FELONY IN NEW MEXICOHe admitted his liability when he gave us a "credit on his invoice Plus they owe me for storage fees Mr*** was willing to pay more money if they would continue to try and bail the existing wellMrI*** decided to "cut his loss" because he stated he had another job that paid more instead of trying to finish what we hired him to do Then he left his rig here days until he finally sent someone to pick it up I am sure more statements by them will follow as that is what they do

All of these complaints are from the same customer.  These complaints, like the numerous phone calls, are considered harassment.  Copies of these complaints have been and will be forwarded to the NMSP officer that is handling our case per the officer's request.

Please find attached our letter to their attorney dated 3/20/16.In addition, please note that [redacted] said I told her this or that.  I have never spoken to her or met her.  All of my dealings was with a man named [redacted].  Her husband or son, I am not sure.She said my...

line kept slipping off a pulley, this never happened.  She said I promised to pay for the repair, I did not say so.  She said I was blocking access so she could not haul water.  This is an out and out bold faced lie.Mr [redacted] filled the water tank while we were there using a pipe from the access road south of the tank.She said I guessed at the parts price for the windmill.  This is not true as I had a quote from [redacted].
