thought I had purchased a membership and support. I paid $ 400.00 as a down for a business plan, when the plan was done I was told I needed to pay another $ 400 to get the plan. After the business plan was completed, we requested the second part of payment from the customer but he said he did not have money and wanted to receive the business plan before making the final $400. I am an equity investor, who wanted leads based on my interest needs. I paid money, I trusted something that was too good, co-figure, the slogan never fails, if it's too good, it isn't. So when I paid for the leads, I quickly learned that their not legit. I mean one supposed borrower said they never filed with IBANK.COM, so why should lenders pay for leads? They should not if leads are real. It's when you do not have leads, you request for money, this way you the middle man don't lose out on making money.

So there is a saying, do not pay up front fees, they mean it. I care less if it's even for appraisal's, it's best to just report them.

Review: I asked for my money back within 48 hours of signing up for the service. I never used the service. I keep getting the run-around and now no one will answer my calls. I have called no less than 20 times now since June 26th requesting my money back. I understood that there was a 30 day money back guarantee. I never got any assistance from the company and began requesting a refund only 2 days after signing up. I just want my money back, please. I am a single mom working 3 jobs!!! I got a loan on my own with out the help of ibank.com so please just refund my money. you never did anything for me so just give me my money back please the 19.75% interest I've paid on it now for 2 billing cycles. I would not have incurred any interest fees on my credit card if you had refunded my money I when I first asked. I've been asking for a refund for almost 2 months now.Desired Settlement: please refund my money plus the 19.75% interest per month for the almost 2 months I have had to pay it on my credit card.

We have been in contact with the referenced customer. I have attached the documents that show the dates of which the referenced customer was in contact with us, as well as the terms and conditions. In our terms and conditions, it states that the customer had 3 days to call to cancel the service purchased and get a refund. The referenced customer purchased our service we provide on June 24, 2014, and didn't call until July 11, 2014 to try and get a refund. We provided her with a service that she chose not to use, and was aware of our policy for the 3 business day money back guarantee. If you need anything else please feel free to contact me.

Review: I 2012 I signed up for bank and paid their 1 time fee believing they were a legitimate company offering services through its partnership network to obtain capital. I used the service once and ended in contact with a supposed capital provider through the bank service. after applying and dealing with the provider, I was required to pay a fee of $6250 to proceed with the loan. In the end, I was out the $6250 and the provider never followed through. To make matters worse, I was contacted by another individual how found my information on ibank and claimed he could help. however my diligence and awareness of fraud quickly led me to see it was another attempted fraud. ibank does not scan, research, investigate its providers in the network leaving the company as a large door to fraudsters attempting to take advantage of them. case in point. Since this even happened, Ive been contacted by ibank employees at least 6 times to see if I still needed their service. I've asked at least 6 times, NO, please stop calling me and remove me from your list. today would be the 7th call I have received. ibank is a poor excuse of a B2B provider or bridge. At this point, I never want another phone call from ibank, its service members, its employees and feel as though ibank is ignoring my requests.Desired Settlement: STOP CALLING ME!!!
