I am rejecting this response because: This is a lie. They have not contacted me. I've phoned and emailed and even went to their office with no response. I left a message with their receptionist...
and she was going to have [redacted], Vice President contact me. Still (August 28, 2016) no response.

We are working with this customer to resolve the issue.
