IBC Airways - Main Office

Absolutely awful. It was $688 to get from GTMO Cuba to Fort Lauderdale Florida and no other airway charges for military bags and they charged $100. So $788 just to get off the island and I had to book a separate flight. They were 7 hours behind the scheduled time and I had to change my flights twice. Rip off and they don't care.

I work as a contractor in GTMO and my employees are reporting delays due to lack of passengers ** mechanical problems every time they fly this airline. The most recent event was on Thursday 17th of March 2016. It seems that if the flight doesn't have enough passengers then IBC delays or cancels the flight. The representative at the counter informs that the delays are due to mechanical problems and it will be delayed, then a few minutes later the representative will put out that the flight has been cancelled.
The connecting flights are missed and hotels reservations are lost.
I could probably categorize this business as a third world country airline.
