They never even accepted an application!! Yes, we cancelled the contract with the processor because we do not need equipment, that was required, that we cannot process non approval loans onMr [redacted] is contradicting himself He says he is in no way connected with Azura, yet he can quote their lease policies I believe he is very familiar with themThey are both birds of a featherWe are not satisfied and we were scammed!!! We are sorry to learn of this client's dissatisfaction with our serviceWhile we strive to ensure each customer is able to take advantage of the benefits of our program sometimes the communication and training dont "click' Wesuspect that maybe part of the issue hereThere are
two separate aspects to our in-house financing program the financing itself, and the equipment necessary to access that program, Azura Leasing is the lessor of the physical equipment and has no involvement with thefinancing part of the program.While this equipment can be used for credit and processing, it is not the same as a standard credit card processor in that it has more memory and a specific proprietary software installed .It appears that this client's concerns areprimarily with the equipment lease and not the financing program itselfThe lease that the client signed clearly states that the leasing company "may assign or transfer this Lease or our interest in the Equipment without notice to you: ' (Azura Non-Cancelable Equipment Lease Agreement, Terms andConditions, Section 8), Selling a lease or mortgage is quite common in the banking industry and is generally not a cause for alarmThat being said, we are concerned that the client was told we would buy back the lease if they are unable to process a transactionThis is not part of the standard Azura lease, nor any of our contractsWe would like to see anydocumentation that states this and will hold the sales agent accountable with repercussions up to dismissalThe reason that the client is unable to use the program is because they voluntarily cancelled their contract with the processor, while they continue to pay for the equipment lease as per their contractTheir complaint that they can't use the program is akin to agreeing to a four-year vehicle lease, losing one's driver's license, and then complaining to the vehicle leasing company that they can't drive their carRegards,

Dear Mr. [redacted]
Unfortunate or not, your sales agent misrepresented your company polices.  These misrepresented policies are what we placed our faith in and decisions to do business with your company on. All were falsehoods!!!! Before we do business with a company, we look for statements like "Risk Free" and "100% Satisfaction". The information even stated "No risk equipment lease".  These 3 statements on Platinum One LLC letterhead were believed to be true and our decision was made based on that information.  It boils down to this...We want you to follow through with what was stated.  We want to terminate our lease with MBF Leasing and all billing invoices to stop and the balance due to be zeroed out.  Stand behind the 100% satisfaction, risk free guarantee that was represented.  How you handle the sales agent is your business but the damage has already been done and only you can rectify it with us.  I do not believe that your "hands are tied" and that you have "no recourse". I am not going to go back and forth with you over customers who applied and did not apply.  WE WERE LIED TO, pure and simple. We were also lied to about your chargeback polices.  THOSE are the reasons we left the program.
