Horrible customer service, no real savings or benefits.
I joined in 2019 after a great sales pitch... Beautiful resorts but the club benefits are very minimal. The customer service for planning a trip is terrible and you can get competitive pricing on any vacation site.

charging me 129.50 for iberostar mistake on june 29th
on june 29th the iberostar charged me 129.50 called several times they have admitted it was there mistake the six time I have called stayed on the phone for 61minutes finally they said that the bank rejected the charge I told the person would like to speak to a manager he said they would call me no call call the next day spoke to Isaby told already her the story wanted to be compensated for my time as I already told you 6 times calling last time 61 minutes on the phone for the iberostar mistake which they have admitted my member # is 024509

Me & my husband became members in 2018. They're definitely great at selling this membership, as normally we would not have even listened to their sales pitch.
We ended up joining since we take a vacation yearly and really enjoy their resorts. The customer service through the call center has been horrible. The service we received at the resort (the first trip we used the membership with) was terrible... we never received anything that we were supposed to, even after making them aware numerous times that we were Club members.
When we returned I contacted the Club and let them know how very unhappy we were with the situation, they made me feel like I should've wasted my entire vacation complaining to the staff about what I needed. We've been using the Club again to book our next vacation... and it has been NOTHING but problems. Originally booked the vacation in July and I called the other day to verify everything, and one of our rooms had been cancelled...
even though I had confirmation number. The turnover in the call center is huge... and everything IS the customers fault. They take no blame for any issues that may arise.
Our vacation is finally booked … again... But unfortunately we had to pay $500 more, as they would not honor the original price from July.. even though it was them who had screwed up.
Overall, the rates are not anything to brag about and all the extras that you get through the Club isn't worth buying into it. You'll get a better price by booking through a travel agent or vacation website that included your airfare.

We will be glad to process the corresponding refund; unfortunately, the costs incurred are greater than the payment made today, however the company is fully prepared to assist you in your request absorbing the difference.   We sincerely regret that we were unable to meet these members’ expectations. I disagree with that statement and don't understand how that would be possible when I requested the account to be closed within 6 weeks of opening it. I will settle for $3,400 based on the costs I estimate they incurred which was a yacht ride, ipad mini, and some resort credits.Best,[redacted]

Good afternoon  About the expenses let me explain; the company paid all the additional benefits on front, so in that way you will be able to used them 15 days later. Those external companies do not refund the money if we request the cancelation 15 days after. That is why we are not able to recover those payments.
