The best of the restaurant offers was a buy-one-get-one coupon while many are buy two get one or worse, which are hardly "Eat free every day for your birthday month" deals. Their "how it works" page clearly shows Troy's Restaurant offering a $15 free meal coupon and then they send you a $10 BOGO offer instead. The Ra-Ke-De-Ka offer for $10 off was only honored for $8. The Foster Freeze coupon was refused at the counter. They would not honor it at all. When all of these deficiencies were pointed out to ibirthdayclub.com no offer of compensation of any kind was made, though a few inadequate changes were made to the Website to try and cover their liability. The sign in front of their offices still claims, "Eat Free... Every day for your birthday month" as does their "How it Works" Web page. The longest offer I received was 20 days and many were only valid for five days.Desired Settlement: I would like to: "Eat Free... Every day for a month" like they promised when they gave my e-mail address to 83 businesses.
