I had no power around 9pm ,we got moved to a different room with several beds and it was very hot..The next morning housekeeping came in when I put the do not disturb sign on the door.When I asked to be refunded for that night it took me days to get in touch with management,she informend me that she would reimburse me the difference between the rooms and reimburse me the resort fee,and 15% off my next visit.I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING!
