I opened an account with them in and due to it being dormant due to a divorce it was closedIn trying to reopen my account one person said that I couldn't another said that I had to go into the branch and based on my Chexsystems which was incorrect in but was corrected and all of my reports was good and my account was openedLess than hour it was closed by the person who said that I would be a risk after years three paid car loansThey apologized but no one ever explained why one person said I couldn't open an account and another person said it would be based on my informationI wasted my time and money driving there although they are returning my $fee, but my score will be affected for nothingI tried communicating with the executive office and had no positive results, and no response to my last emailThe company has changed for the worst and they don't care, and I don't owe them any money
