The company double billed me on a few bills, and quadruple billed me on a few other billsBut since I had to set up auto billing to avoid paying extra fees, they obviously bill me immediately for whatever (correct or incorrect) amount they billFurthermore, they do not provide hardcopy statements, and I do not always have access to the Internet (as I'm usually out of the country) to view my statements, so I didn't even know of these errors until much later
When I recently finally had time to call the company, the rep was EXTREMELY RUDE, kept hanging up on me instead of hearing the full problem, kept yelling, calling me all kinds of names, and insulting me
First, he insisted they don't have to correct ANY BILLS AFTER THEY'VE BEEN PAID (how convenient when they have me on auto-pay, right?)Second, he kept LYING that they don't have any bills older than days in the system, so he can't even see what I'm talking about(Whereas, I myself can still see the bills in the system

I made a $advance payment I had approximately a $credit on the account Mysteriously my account history was wiped out for approxyear Now IBNtel is charging me for monthly services I have already pre-paid I tried calling them, was on hold for 30+- minutes, got hung up on Tried calling again, go through the hit extension for assistance, hangs up Tried calling again, go through the hit extension for assistance, hangs up again Tried calling again, go through the hit extension for assistance, hangs up again Emailed no response

The company switched to VOIP only which does not work with a fax machine which was my only reason for my having a land line I asked for service to be terminated then kept receiving bills When I called to have them credited the customer service was horrid! They told me they would credit the $bill out of the goodness of their heart but they didn't have to and if I didn't say "thank-you very much" they would not credit the account! How rude! The bill was issued in error not that I owe them anything especially a thank you!

IBNtel is the worst company I have ever had the chance to deal with I signed up for the unlimited international landline services, From the get go, the service would not work, the system tells me to dial the number and when I do, it gets disconnected, I called customer service to report the problem, the guy ( which seems to be the only one there answering phones, could be the owner) was SOOOO rude and unprofessional, telling me that I keep calling nonstop and that is considered abuse of the system How am I abusing the system if I have not made a single call yet? I have to keeping trying to get throughApparently that should not happened, u have to allow their screwed up system ample time to reset and not red-flag you WHY call yourselves a company that offers unlimited international calling when u cut people off when they make multiple calls? That defeats the purposeI would absolutely NOT recommend this company to anyone, not even for my worst enemy ....so people !!!! STEER CLEAR

Review: I had many problems with this company but the current one is about a fee that I have to pay because it was charged when I contacted my credit card and a charge was reverse. Is it my responsability or theirs? It started when I got a credit card charge from them but I didn t recognize them especially with the address from Va. I contacted my credit card and they blocked my card. I started researching about and I found out it was this company. I called the credit card within the same day and I told them it was fine. So the credit card after giving me a credit they charged me again and I assumed the bil was paid. After 3 month the IBN tel decided to charge me again that bill together with the charges for that month plus a $35.00 for contacting the credit card which charges them $35.00. [redacted] from IBN tel it is my responsability to pay that because it was my mistake. I called my credit card and they took over reimbursing me the money I was charged.it s been a month since the credit card took over waiting for this company to contact them and they didn't. I look at the portion on the bill on that month for what I had to pay and I paid. I also canceled the service with them trying to solve the matter.The guy ,by the way is always the same guy,screamed at me that is my fault and I have to pay. I even recorded him once. I explaied to him that it is not fair for me to pay a bil twice and he can get the money by contacting my credit card but he just continue with his loud explanation. I told him I will call my credit and he told me if I do that I will get charge the $35.00 again. Now he didn t contacted the credit card to solve the problem but he charged me $35.00 again. I just called him and he screamed at me again telling me it is my fault my resposability and I have to pay otherwise he will send it to the collection. It is not a big amout of money but it bothers me the way they treat their customers and fulling them. I also don t want them to send my bill to the collection. I have a great credit score. I had problems before when they send me a bill after months charging me late fees like it was my fault for not getting a bill.Also they add all kinds of taxes and fees. For example for a bill with charges of $30 I had $10 fees. This guy , I assume it is his company, needs to be controled.

Review: I had been a customer with IBNtel for many years. For approximately one year I however have not been using their phone service. I did get an online bill over the last couple of month with phone calls charged on my account. In the month of August I had 6 phone calls billed to my account. Apparently all this calls were done calling my home with my toll free (800) number.

Interesting part is that my family was for the whole month of August in Europe. There was nobody in our home to answer the phone calls, no housekeeper, no gardener, nobody... for the whole month!!!

Most calls were 7 or 8 minutes (my answering machine would not record over 2 minutes... )

When I called IBNtel about this they told me they will not correct or adjust the account. The only person working there 'Gabriel' actually threatened me that if I don't pay the outstanding $5.36 they would charge me an additional monthly fee going back to about 6 month.

I told them that I would like to a supervisor. 'Gabriel' told me there is no supervisor and he is the only person there and there will be no other person I can talk to.

Next, when I mentioned that I will file a complaint with the Revdex.com, Gabriel told me than our deal (where I can just pay the $5.36) will be off and he will add monthly maintenance charges to the outstanding charges!

Since it is such a small amount, I just paid the $5.36. Again, none of the calls were made from me or for me.Desired Settlement: Please investigate this company. They threaten customers
