AMSubject: ID no ***To: "[email protected]" Cbstv station has contacted the company on my behalfThe tv station was authorized by owner of company to give me their new telephone numberI did contact the company they said they would come my house on Tues6/9/between 4:p & 4:pAt 4:16p I was notified by owner that he was unable to get the big ladder that he needed & wouldn't be able to get to my house with the ladder until Wed6/10/Owner said he would be at my house between 1:30p & 2:00p told owner I could not be there at that time (past times he said he would be there at a certain time, I would take off from work to meet him, he never showed)I figured I did not have to be there for him to look at the roofHe was supposed to contact me after he checks out the roofNever heard from himHad my neighbor look out for him, she never saw himJust because u sent a letter does not mean he has to acknowledge it, he can say it was never rec'd& throw it in the trashI also found out he is not registered with the attorney Gen'l officeSo he is doing these jobs illegallyWhat am I suppose to do?Sent from my ***
