AMSubject: ID no [redacted]To: "[email protected]" <[email protected]>Cbs3 tv station has contacted the company on my behalf. The tv station was authorized by owner of company to give me their new telephone number. I did contact the company they said they would come 2 my house on Tues. 6/9/15 between 4:00 p & 4:30 p. At 4:16p I was notified by owner that he was unable to get the big ladder that he needed & wouldn't be able to get to my house with the ladder until Wed. 6/10/15. Owner said he would be at my house between 1:30p & 2:00p told owner I could not be there at that time (past times he said he would be there at a certain time, I would take off from work to meet him, he never showed). I figured I did not have to be there for him to look at the roof. He was supposed to contact me after he checks out the roof. Never heard from him. Had my neighbor look out for him, she never saw him. Just because u sent a letter does not mean he has to acknowledge it, he can say it was never rec'd. & throw it in the trash. I also found out he is not registered with the attorney Gen'l office. So he is doing these jobs illegally. What am I suppose to do?Sent from my [redacted]
