I had an appointment for Saturday, September 21, 2019, with Ibrownsugarnails at 12 pm and I arrived there early at 11:50 am. I contacted the business owner to tell her that I have arrived through text, calling, and messaging her social media account and I received no response. By 12:05 I informed the business owner Mekala L that I would be leaving soon due to the lack of response and would like my deposit back. I still received no response so I called an *** to go back to school and as my *** arrived at 12:13 the owner then responds "I'm ready" and then "@the door don't see you" as I am leaving. I inform her that I am leaving and she tells me that because I left before 15 minutes that I forfeit my deposit. I tell her that it is not anywhere in her policy but I will take other channels to receive my deposit and she does not respond. She was very unprofessional and did not return my deposit for the service that I did not receive.
