I made 2 attempts to contact Mr. [redacted] on 5/12 and 5/13. I was able to reach Mr. [redacted] on my 3rd attempt. The conversation was short and no details of the complaint were discussed. He told me he would contact me in approximately 15 minutes when he reached his shop. This was on 5/13 at...
approximately 9:50 am. As of 11:00 am on 5/15 I have not been contacted. It is my understanding that Mr. [redacted] has subsequently been to our location where he received the proper battery at no additional cost. I am considering the situation to be resolved unless I am notified otherwise. Thanks
