I would not recommend this company I ordered some buffer pads for a job well ahead of time on Feb1, I called them on 2/8/to inquire where my order was They said they would check on it and send them out I called again today, 2/13/18, and they again began to say that they will check on it When I probed further, they stated it was the fault of *** I requested a refund I now have no supplies for the job I had scheduled

Very Pleased: I placed an order for a tent heater and a diffuser and the gentleman that assisted me with my order was very personable, knowledgable, and helpfulI placed the order with ease and it arrived in the exact time frame I was notified ofI am happy that this company was recommended to me and I will most definitely be using them for my future needs

Knowledgeable - that is the best way for me to describe the service we got from ibuy I spoke with a rep named Joe and he helped me diagnose the issue with my fireplace, placed the order and they were at my home days later Perfect fit and my heat is going again Thanks - will use ibuy again

I ordered a fireplace insert part from ibuystores.com because they told me the part was IN STOCK and would be delivered in FOUR DAYSI could have ordered it elsewhere for less money but needed it ASAPIt has now been three weeks and I have not received the partI contacted CS twice by phone and by emailThey did not respond to my last emailThey told me when I called again that it is backordered, and would be at least another weekSo up until this last call they kept promising me the part would be delivered in a couple days from when I inquired, and never stated before this that the part was not in stock but was backorderedThe CS department therefore lied to me and will never order from them again
