Review: Advertised "authentic" last years north face jackets. Fake,used,dirty jacket received. Will not refund or credit my account, won't answer phone & email address is "undeliverable."Desired Settlement: Credit my account do full money ($81) . Did stop payment to credit card, but I think too late.

Review: Hello, I was very unhappy to deal with this online company and wish I had done a little be better to read reviews as to the companies status and customer ratings while surfing the net to see if this company was indeed legit. First of all I noticed after I did not receive my refund that something is not right with the company. I placed an online order for 2 Ralph Lauren polo shirts on May **, 2013, when I received the items on the [redacted] of May 2013 I was not at all happy with the product as I was on my way to the airport and was taking with me out of town as a gift , I was very distraught I immediately called the company on the said day to inform them I was not happy with the product at all and I will be returning the polo's because the pictures placed on the web site looks one way and the items are not authentic which you can tell this right off the back if you purchased the product in the pass fro the outlets or from the company directly. The person I spoke with ensured me that it wouldn't be a problem issuing my refund, the male representative gave me the address to ship the merchandise back to them and informed me that it's a process that can take up to 15 days to get my funds back into my account was not happy with that but was willing to wait it out. I shipped the shirts bad via USPS on May **, 2013 and was told by the post office item would be received by May **, 2013. I informed the company by phone and via email that items should be there, the same male I spoke with about the shirts the first time I called in was the same I spoke with again the second time. The male representative words to me was that the item ay be there but it has to go through inspection first before entering in the computer that it has been received. I called the Monday of the following week to check again was told refund is in process , still no luck by that Friday of the following week after that which was approx. June * , 2013 I was told you have been refunded your money back call your bank we can't issue another refund. I inform the company that I've been in contact with my bank every since the process had begun. Well my bank has been unsuccessful with a reply from this company since the beginning of the refund processing , I in turn contacted again by phone and spoke with a [redacted] and I told her it does not take months for a company to refund she act as if she had no idea what I was talking about an offered her apology to such to happen as if it hadn't happened before. [redacted] insured me they she would have management to call me never herd from management and no one else with status was told to dispute the charges so my bank can give me back my money in which it seems as though they had no intentions on giving me my money back as this is what they keep insisting that I demand the back to give back. I've just placed another call to them after weeks had gone by on 8/**/2013 call again was answered by [redacted] she said I will take your contact information and hand to management to call you because she doesn't handle refunds, my reply was to my knowledge you have been giving management my information and I've yet to receive a call. My words to [redacted] was you all are intentionally selling fake product on your site and ripping people off you didn't expect me to send the shirts back for my refund with hopes I would keep but I didn't , after in which her reply was the product we sell we don't have actual pictures of that they get the pictures from the actual companies web site of the product their selling and my reply was that's false advertising. I told [redacted] this has been going on since May I have been patient long enough just to put my money back in my account and I will never deal with them again. Please with can I do to have this issue resolved thank you in advance for your time. [redacted]Desired Settlement: Please just give me back my money stop giving me the same information that my refund was issued call my bank to dispute the so the bank would give me back the funds they took from me.

Review: My order # [redacted] was for a North Face Denali jacket, Size Small.. I received a North Face Denali Jacket Size Large.Desired Settlement: I would like them to send me the correct product ASAP (Christmas gift) and a shipping label to return the Size Large at their expense. *OR* A shipping label to return, at their expense, and a full refund.

Review: I ordered a Northface Denali jacket online. I believe it is counterfeit. After further investigation of its website I believe the company is selling knock off jackets and fraudulently selling them as originals. I have emailed and attempted to call the company but they do not respond. After checking with the Revdex.com I see similar problems with this companyDesired Settlement: I wish a full refund and my account credited.

Review: I purchased 2 North Face jackets that were recieved in a timely manner. I need to change one for size but have been unable to contact the compay's customer support people. Phone calls go to a recorded greeting saying to hold on the line. It then rings again and finally another recording comes on saying that the customer service agents are unavailable and suggests calling during normal business hours. I have called on a daily basis since 12/** (during normal business hours) receiving the same result. I have also emailed the customer support staff twice and received no reply.Desired Settlement: I simply want to exchange the jacket for a larger size.

After making contact, they gave me instruction on where to return the jacket stating they would send out the replacement as soon as they received the return. The jacket was shipped to them on 1/** and received by them on 1/** (UPS tracking number [redacted]). I have not seen the replacement jacket or heard anything from them since. My attempts to call have failed as now the phone number always returns a busy signal.

Review: I purchased a North Face jacket for my daughter for Christmas. When it arrived it was not the size I ordered. I called and emailed the company several times to remedy the situation, especially in time for Christmas. No one ever responded or answered the phone/email. I attempted to exchange the jacket at several stores, only for a larger size. I was appalled and embarrassed to learn this jacket wasn't a "real" North Face jacket, as one of the store managers pointed out several features of the "real" North Face that wasn't on the one I purchased. I was humiliated, embarrassed and mad.Desired Settlement: I would like what I ordered. A girls pink/black Denali North Face jacket size 14-16. The "real" North Face.

Review: During the week of Nov. [redacted], I received a fake North Face jacket via UPS from ibuydealz.com. Upon taking the jacket out of the package, I noticed a stain on the front, the wrong label on the jacket, zipper tags were missing, the pocket had a hole in it, there were stains on the sleeve. I have purchased real North Face jackets before and compared the fake jacket with the real North Face and noticed that the labels were not authentic, the stitching was awful. IT WAS CLEARLY A KNOCK OFF!! I have sent two emails, (with pictures) and called NUMEROUS times, with no response from the company. The automated phone system says you can leave a message but you can not. You are left for the duration, listening to elevator music, while it says over and over again that the next available associate will be right with you. I have returned the jacket along with copies of the emails and pictures.

The kicker is, I called before ordering the jacket and spoke to a woman that assured me the merchandise was authentic and explained the return policy.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for ($74.25) the purchase price of the fake North Face that I purchased.

Review: Hi,I recently purchased some cologne online from Ibuydealz.com and compared it to an original I bought at [redacted]'s. I know this is fake for the following reasons.Scent fades quickly.No magnetic cap like the original.Shady stickers that peeled offDifferent shade of color on the bottle.This is false advertisementI had to pay $15 to get it back to them and now they are stating they have a 15% restocking fee and won't return the full amount. If this was my mistake I would have no problem with the restocking fee but it's completely fake and false advertisement. I also put in a review and it was negative. I looked the following day at the review for the Chanel Bleu and there was another positive one instead of the one I wrote. They are covering up and fooling people into purchasing a fake product. Please let me know what can be done. Thank you [redacted]Desired Settlement: I just want the other $18 refunded back to my account. I paid $118 and they have only credited back $100.
