Review: I have bought cards many times from them before and I have always got the exact same amount of minutes but the last two times I bought a card from them for the same $10 and I was supposed to get 150 minutes it told me after I made a 4 minute call that I had 82 minutes left both times and I called to the customer service and John I Spoke to told me it was done and there was nothing I could so about it and when I asked to speak to a supervisor he hung up on me and when I called back he hung up again when he found out it was me. They literally stole from me about 50 minutes both times which it almost a whole $10 in another card.Desired Settlement: The John I spoke to or whoever runs the business needs to make their customers feel satisfied. But I am totally irritated by this and I need to be refunded my money and apologized to.
