Poor customer service.I have emailed them like 6 times asking why I keep getting a error when I try adding funds to my sons account at the IDOC and, they never answer me back about fixing the issue its been three days now.oh ya I could call them and add 10.00 but it will cost 5.95 for there dam fee and I,m not going to do this again.I think they do this on purpose to make more money off us.this issue has happened before a few months ago.

it always hangs us up,spent a lot of money on getting hung up on. I pay three dollars a call and I expect the full time! we want reinbursted! There's been numerous times where we've been hung up, and I talked to the lady at ic soultions and she kept telling us it was our fault that it kept hanging us up, and that she isn't going to give our money back. and we WANT OUR MONEY BACK. i'm not going to pay to get scammed out of my own money. if I don't get my money back i'll sew!Desired SettlementI want my money back, regardless. we've spent a lot of money on pointless phone calls!
