I placed an order, my credit card was charged. The item was supposed to ship that day and never did. I have called everyday since the order and no one has called me back or returned emails. Today I received an email from icandy saying my order was cancelled.....I never cancelled it. I ordered labels to put on Hershey's Kiss candies, for a birthday party favors. Upon viewing the proofs everything looked fine, however once they were delivered it was not the same. Half of Happy Birthday had been chopped off, and was a mess. I have tried and akling for a return call to insist on a refund. After 1 week, I have still not received a response to try to resolve the issue. I ordered Gum Ball machines for my daughters birthday party. I placed the order on June 26, my confirmation stated that the products would ship on July 2 (I also paid for expedited shipping) and were guaranteed to arrive to my house by July 5th (the birthday party was on July 6th). The site boasts on time delivery, but on July 5th I did not receive the product. I began calling the iCandy office at the number provided on the web site from 9 am until 5 pm on Friday July 5th, no one ever answered and no one returned my calls. I also sent an urgent email, and tried to instant message, no one ever responded. It is now July 8th and I still do not have the package. I called the office this morning and finally spoke with a person who said she would credit my account and send me an email confirmation. Instead of getting a credit confirmation I received a shipping confirmation. I called the number back and got a different rep who said that I had to get the package then they would send me a shipping label and I had to go out of my way to bring it to a UPS store and send it back and once they received it they would credit my account. The night before my daughters birthday party I had to run to several stores to get favors since these never arrived, now I am expected to go out of my way to get my money back.The customer service is absolutely terrible, not once did one of the reps apologize they simply said that shipping was delayed because of the holiday....my confirmation clearly stated that the product would be shipped on July 2nd and would arrive no later than July 5th, there was no mention of a holiday delay. Paid for 2 day air on a package and it arrived 14 days late.I ordered a package and paid two day air...it arrived 14 days later. I called the phone number on the packaging and the phone is not in service. I called the given number on the website and it is a private cell and I am not getting a response.Desired SettlementRefund cost of two day air. Send a packaging label free of charge to return the item. Or get ful refund and be able to keep the item because it is only a small amount of candy.Business Response This order was refunded in full to the customer on [redacted] 2015.

Everything in the order was fine except the labels are to be affixed to the lollipops. The proof has a pink background & brown design just like the proof for the other items in the order. Upon receipt of this order, I realized the brown on the lollipop labels were much darker than the proof. In fact, it looked black and not brown. I emailed the "business" on [redacted] & [redacted] called & spoke to a CSR and was told someone would call me back from the "graphics department" since this was a printing issue. No one ever called or emailed me back. Since my event will probably be over and done with by the time this issue is resolved, I would like to have a refund or partial refund for the lollipop labels because I did not 100% receive what I paid for. Please add your rejection comments below. This "business" NEVER reached out to me for me to return the items.  If they called or emailed (which they didn't), can they provide an email trail or call log?  Of course not.  This complaint was filed months ago & they are JUST NOW replying with falsified information?  And I never threatened them with a complaint to Revdex.com because I could never get anyone on the phone for longer than 30 seconds.  No response from them at all would've been better than the fabricated letter they sent you all.Final Business Response[redacted] We strive to meet requirements sent forth by all our customers.The customer insisted we match a very specific color even though we were giving directions of a shade of a color.  In any printing process, there are never any guarantees of color.No guarantees relative to the output were represented to the customer.  Without the customer physically present to verify the output, there is no reasonable way to accomplish what was asked since the customer does not have a color calibrated screen.
