I hired them on 9/2/to change a tire on my truck The technician did not tighten down the lug nuts and my tire fell ovv On 9/ICar changed a tire on my truck It fell off because the lug nut were not tightenedI have been in contact with [redacted] at ICAR and they are aware of the problemThe truck was damaged when the tire FELL OFF THE RIM in traffic I am luck to be alive So far it has cost $to fix the truck I still have to fix the body damage
