Mr. K. was supposed to complete my documents in approximately 4 weeks. Despite paying 3K in advance, I had no correspondence from his office for two months. When I reached out to Mr. K., he did not respond and I was left speaking to his secretary. There were lots of excuses, and then documents with numerous mistakes. During the entire process, Mr. K. did not take a minute of his time to answer a direct email or to call me in person. Completely unprofessional office. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
