Review: I purchased two pair of glasses in November 2014. One pair went thru Insurance, the other pair I paid for out of pocket. Over $300. Not once did I receive a phone call that my glasses were ready. So I initiated all the calls. The reading glasses where ready so I picked them up. Another pair was made as bifocals. Again, another week went by, no phone call. I called, again was told they were ready. I tried driving with them and it was dangerous. I became dizzy and made my stomach upset. So I returned them to have them remove the bifocal and have them made for distance only. Two weeks went by, again no phone call. I called again to hear they were already dispensed to me. I explained the situation and I was told they were lost. Designer glasses which they no longer had. I was told I had to choose another pair, by this time I was frustrated and asked for my money back. Again I received nothing, not even a call, so I went by the store and asked again. Again they wanted me to choose another pair, I simply asked for my money back, that I didn't want anything that was there. I received a call the end of that week asking me to look at their selection and they would have them made for me in 20 minutes. I had a family emergency which took me away for 2 weeks, when I called back, no one knew what I was speaking about because the staff was all new. I was told a manager would call me back before 5pm. Again, no phone call. So I showed up the following day at the store to speak with the manager. He insisted I choose another pair and he would give me a free pair on top of that. I said I no longer wanted their services and asked for my money back. He said it was store policy that I take their offer.Desired Settlement: I just want my money returned.
