Revdex.com:ICB made no attempt to contact me to ask for my CC info for this credit until 6/5/ So for days this credit was unimportant and there was zero communication until they were contacted by the State Attorney General's office.To their credit, the owner must have acted as soon as he was contacted by the Attorney General's office, and he and the bookkeeper were courteous and professional in all exchanges.I appreciate the assistance I have received from your organization and the Attorney General I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, *** ***
