I had a 3:appointment with Mr NI skipped my job and drill very all the way from Milton and yet he put me on hold saying that it's his lunch time Now My question is:- if it was ur lunch time why did u set am appointment with me on that particular time? Or if u suggested that time for an appointment why are u taking lunch while leaving ur customer waiting If this is the way of treating ur customers...? These guys and business need to learn some ethics and business excellence measures
