My work was originally done through the Santa Monica office which is still open When I got the car back and noticed the terrible work that had been done, I was directed to go directly to Marina Del Rey which I did about 4-times back and forth I was never given a receipt for the work I succinctly remember I was held up for about minutes picking the car up and your representative had the receipt out but did not give it to me when he finally talked to Mercury and found out I was not paying for the work I do have an estimate (sent to me by Mercury) # though ***

Dear Guest,I have located your VIN Sticker and would like to verify your address so that we can mail it to you certified mail. I do apologize that our Marina Del Rey and our Santa Monica locations are closed. We have the decal and are willing to send it to you directly. The second option you have is to pick it up at another one of our locations. I believe the nearest location to you is in Culver City. Please provide the address that you want us to send the decal too or let me know if Culver City pick up is preferred. I will personally make sure you get your sticker.thanks,[redacted]
Review: A letter was received from ICC Incorporated stating of an unpaid outstanding medical expense requesting for collection in the amount of $[redacted]1. On August 19, 2013, a call was made through [redacted] to ICC incorporated to find out the where the bill came from . After discussion with an ICC representative, [redacted] at [redacted] ext [redacted], it was agreed that a payment of $400 will offset the account to zero balance (non-owing status). At this point, I made a payment of $400 with a credit card through [redacted] and she confirmed it with a ticket number. However, I requested a confirmation letter be sent to me as regards to settlement of this account to zero balance (non-owing status). I also told the representative to update my records with my new mailing address. In addition, [redacted] agreed that ICC incorporated will contact [redacted] to update their records with zero balance (non-owing status) on this account with my name because non payment has been reported to [redacted]. When the letter was not received after 10 days, several calls were made to ICC on the status of the confirmation letter but got no positive response.On September 17, 2013, a call was made to ICC and a representative named [redacted] at [redacted] ext [redacted] claimed that a confirmation letter has been sent out to my address. As the confirmation letter was not received, follow up calls were made on September, 20, 23 and 24 without none picking up the calls.Desired Settlement: Is ICC Incorporated a genuinely existing Incorporation or scam set up which has just scammed me of hard earned $400. If genuinely incorporated and operating, can ICC please send me a confirmation letter of payment with zero balance as requested and agreed on August 19, 2013 when payment was made over the phone.ICC incorporated should contact Credit Bureau Agencies as requested and agreed by [redacted] on August 19, 2013 to update my zero balance (non-owing) status on this account with my name

This response is in reference to a. complaint against Interstate Credit and Collection Incorporated, (ICC) ID of [redacted].
Our company policy is not to zero out any balances that were settled rather than paid in full. As of 09/17/2013 we have updated **. [redacted]’s credit records to reflect payment on her accounts with ICC, A letter of satisfaction was also mailed out to her from our office on 09/20/2013.
However as a courtesy to **. [redacted] we have decided to delete the reporting on her credit records for her accounts paid to us.
If **. [redacted] has not received her satisfaction letter, we encourage her to contact ICCs President **. [redacted] directly at ###-###-#### ** to resolve any concerns.
