We are in receipt of Ms. [redacted]’s thirty-two (32) page response to our April 12, 2017 response to her initial complaint.  Our...

response was sent in the form of an attachment to address all of Ms. [redacted]s listed concerns.  Ms. [redacted]’s recent 32 page submission is an example of the extraordinary communication needs we experienced before, during and after the course of her project.  One of the main issues in the first complaint was that we damaged the garbage disposal with a nail hole.  Due to its location this would be next to impossible from happening.  With recent further investigation the insurance carrier for the plumber who installed the original disposal has denied liability for the damages the leaking disposal caused. They determined there was insufficient evidence of any wrong doing by the plumber (no nail hole as purported). Determination was, it simply could have been a failure of the unit that could have happened at any time.  However, prior to this determination, ICC in good faith completed all necessary repairs for damaged caused by the leaking disposal and now with out further contest will take a $28,000.00 loss for such repairs.With all respect for the process, ICC must decide when and where to best use its resources, and we have chosen not to use further resources to engage in a letter-writing war with Ms. [redacted]. We do know that by Ms. [redacted]’s recent payment for all the repairs completed is indication that she is now satisfied with such repairs.In closing, ICC prides itself in providing some of the best services with the highest level of integrity in the restoration industry for over 27 years.
