First of all, this is not my client. [redacted] is the client of the caterer, [redacted], that hired us. My contract is with [redacted] not [redacted]. Second, the event in question is on May 15, 2015, which my contract states....

Thirdly, the May 15th event was paid late, I waived those late fees & explained to MY client, [redacted], that I was waiving the late fee, she paid on May5, 2015. (payment was due May4, 2015) Mrs. [redacted] gave me her credit card number to charge 2 separate events, May15, 2015 & May 24, 2015. Mrs. [redacted] called me later that day, May5th, stating her client had cancelled the event. Per our contract, with [redacted], it states clearly, there are no refunds within 14 days of the event. I offered to give Mrs. [redacted] a refund of half since work had already begun on the ice sculpture, she refused saying she wanted a full refund. But like I stated above, there are no refunds within 14 days of the event. [redacted] came to our business, yelling & cussing, demanding we give her the product. I had never talked with nor met her until May6, 2015, when she came to our door. She interrupted a meeting we was having with a client. (I can have them contact you to give their statement) Mrs. [redacted] stated since she had to pay for the ice sculpture that she will still take it. We are to deliver as agreed upon, per the contract. And finally, [redacted] has given false information throughout this complaint.
