We chose to return 4 water jugs and have our refund for all as we no longer require service from the company. They picked up 3 jugs and we took the 4th jug to their office on January 8, 2018 and requested the refund at that time. We were told that they were having computer issues and could not get us our refund that day. The other lady that assists with our water fund at work left 2 messages with no return call. I also left a message and tried calling the following day prior to stopping into the office. Every time you call the business number, no one answers the calls and none of the voice mails were returned. When I stopped at the office, I was advised that the lady that deals with it had a family emergency and that she was aware of our refund. I asked if there was anyone else that I could speak to and I was advised that there was not as she is the manager and owner. I was not happy and stated that they are not running a great business as they do not have anyone covering for the owner/manager that can deal with refunds. I asked when she may be back and was advised possibly Tuesday, January 16, 2018

Desired Outcome

Refund We would like to have our refund returned ASAP as we want to close our account with the company. Typically when you return your jug(s), refunds are made at that exact time. $40 is owed.

A refund was issued and mailed out Jan. 19 2018.
Refunds are not given immediately to customers, walk in customers must provide receipt and wait for pressure test to be done. Delivery customers receive refunds as per our thirty day billing cycle.

None of this was explained to myself or the other staff that dropped off the last bottle. Also unaware of where she would of mailed a refund to. A call was made on Jan 19/18 at 2:35 pm to inquire about refund and again there was no answer. A message was left to call back. Today is Jan 23/18 and I have yet to receive a call back.

We have resolved this as of Monday, February 5, 2018.

I returned the cheque and received the cash.
