Ridiculous Experience
I made a purchase for a watch 5 days ago and paid for next day shipping which was 40.00. Initially the purchase was seen through my bank then dissapeared. I checked the website and it just shows processing. I have tried to call now for 2 days with no response there is no way to cancel my order online so calling is my only choice. Its highly upsetting my order is just left to ait there and the fact I paid for next day shipping while unaware it could take how ever long to even process my order. Doesnt seem like an honest and customer oriented company to me. This will be my last purchase once or if I ever recieve it. As a customer I deserve honesty its not all about the promptness but left in the dark while my order just sits when it was already expected delivery is beyond comprehension. how they keep any business at all is a wonder.

Bought a 10k Miami Cuban 7.5mm semi solid chain from this company and I thought I was getting a quality chain and sadly I was mistaken. The links keep fracturing and separating. For me to pay alot of money for this chain and have this happen is unacceptable. It starts happening over time but by then you can't return it. Do not buy from these people unless you like defective items.

Review: I purchased a watch through the company. Since I have had the watch it has broken several times. I have sent it in several times to be fixed. The watch broke again. It took me sometime to send it in. I finally sent it in and I was told that it would be $160.00 to fix the watch. I did not have the money at the time that I received the email. I later emailed and called several times and could not get anyone or responses. I finally got a response stating that they cannot fix the watch because they no longer have the part and they stated that I waited to long to contact them. I also asked why was I told that the watch would cost $160.00 to fix when the email that was sent to IcedTime stated it would only be $80.00 to fix. I am now being told that they will not fix the watch and I need to pay $20.00 to get the watch sent back to me. I was told to provide a [redacted] email and they would send me an invoice. I sent the email and then I get another message stating that they do not accept [redacted] and that I need to call. Everytime I call I can never get through. I always leave a message and no one ever responds back. All I want is my watch to be fixed. I spent $500.00 on this watch that seems to be of poor quality. If they are refusing to fix the watch, then I need some way to get in contact with them so that I can get my watch back.Desired Settlement: I would like the watch to be fixed or they can mail it COD and I will pay to pick it up.

Review: I purchased a bracelet from Icedtime.com The bracelet was worn normally and broke not just once, twice, in two different places, I paid out of pocket to have the bracelet fixed the first time, the second time it broke from normal wear I returned it to Icedtime.com, they will not offer me a refund, even though their policy is 30 days exchange or refund satisfaction guaranteed, I was given the wrong information about the bracelet and the policy was different than what they told me on the phone and I believe it changes periodically. I’m very unhappy and not asking for much in return. I was gentle with the bracelet, I own other bracelets which don’t break, I owned this bracelet for no more than a week and a half and returned it after it broke the second time. I was not expecting it to break for a second time that’s why I had it fixed on my own the first time, I thought it was just a freak accident the first time, but I believe the bracelet is defective, it broke the same way the second time, he said he would not return it because I wore it, I plan on wearing what I purchased obviously and it broke after about a week, and broke the first time the day I receive it in the mail. He is denying much of what he said. I’m just very unhappy and not asking for much in return. They refuse to help me at all I paid a lot for the bracelet. What he offered me was unacceptable.Desired Settlement: All I am asking for is what I paid for the bracelet so $531.00 towards a new not defective better quality bracelet. or a store credit for the amount I paid or if I have to my money back. I returned the bracelet and it is in their hands, I returned it as soon as it broke the second time. I'm very unhappy that's all I'm asking for and it will be greatly appreciated. I also would like them to continue to help me because they refuse to help me.

I would first like to address the complaint of this being an advertisement issue, which clearly this is not and below I will explain why. Before I proceed I would also like to mention that we have had over tens of thousands of orders over the years and never have any issues with the Revdex.com or negative reviews as we provide all our customers with excellent customer service.

The customer states in his complaint that the bracelet broke 2 times, the first time and then broke the 2nd time from "normal wear", this statement leads me to believe that the first time the bracelet was broken was due to physical damage as he would of otherwise stated that. All items that we ship are quality tested by 3 different people before its shipped so we know for a fact that the bracelet sent to the customer was not defective in any way. The jeweler that fixed the bracelet butchered the repair job and did more harm then good.

If the customer would of contacted us as soon as the bracelet broke we would have arranged for a replacement to be sent out to him but instead he chose to fix the problem on his own and in turn voided his warranty and return policy agreement with us. Our policy is clearly stated on our website and does state that we offer no hassle returns but it states that the item must be received back to us in the same condition that we sent it out in. It also states that any items that have been modified by a 3rd party are not eligible for return. We sent the bracelet in brand new condition and the bracelet came back scratched, broken, worn and looked like it was dragged on the pavement.

Due to the condition of the bracelet and the fact that it was modified by a 3rd party bracelet is not worth the money that the customer is asking for so we cannot offer the customer his money back or a full credit for the item.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I have already gone over this with the owner of Iced Time, I am trying to resolve this in an amicable way and all this person is doing is insulting me and my actions as well as the professional jeweler/watchmaker my family has used for over 30 years. I am not saying it is defective but it is obvious not made to be used under normal use. If not then when??? Why would I "drag it on the pavement"???!?!?

We sent the bracelet back using a shipping label he had emailed to me because he wanted to see the bracelet before he made any decisions about a return. We spoke to him on August [redacted], he had the bracelet in his possession and after a discussion (along with insults) he said he would repair the bracelet and send it out by August [redacted] and would call to let me know when he sent it. have not heard from him since other than through the Revdex.com.

So now, after almost one month he has my money AND the bracelet. I would like a refund.

We are unable to offer a full refund for the item because item was not returned in a conditioned it was originally shipped in (the item was worn and altered). We will fix the item under warranty and re-ship it back to customer. We have spoken to the Revdex.com moderator about this case and have brought all our attempts at resolution to the moderators attention. Thank you
