Review: Took my iPod touch there for a screen replacement on 08/15/13 and picked it up on 08/16/13. I noticed that the new screen was not sitting correctly in the devise and asked the girl working about it. She responded with "That's normal. On e the original screen is taken off the new screen does not fit all the way inside." Okay, that's understandable so I put a good case on it thinking everything would be fine. While there, I also bought a new case for my iPhone. I asked her if it was a good, reliable, strong case. She told me it was just as good and sturdy as the Otter Box so I bought it and she put the case on. I called an Apple store on 08/26/13 (because cuz of a software problem with the ipod. Out of curiosity I asked about the new screen on my iPod, they said it was not normal, it should be on perfect just like the original screen. They then. Offered me an appointment to take it in so they could fix it. Last night, 08/29/13, I noticed that whenever there was just the smallest amount of pressure put on the back of my phone it made a weird noise so I took off the case (for the first time since 08/16/13). When the case was off I discovered that the back panel of my iPhone was shattered. I'm upset and confused on how this happened because I have NOT dropped my phone since the case was put on. I called today and spoke with a man who at first claimed he was a supervisor. When telling him everything he responded with "And what do you want me to do about your problems?" Very rudely. Then told me that I was lying and that I did indeed drop my phone or let it fall and that Apple does not repair broke screens. I asked to speak with a manager or owner just anyone higher up then him. He then told me there was noone higher then him because he was the company owner. After speaking with him for 10 minutes, him being rude and very mean the whole time, I ended the call almost in tears because he was so rude, mean, uncaring and not helpful at all.

I would like for them to understand that it is not okay or acceptable to treat customers that way and for some type of help. Wither it be my $20 back for the case to help me pay for the phone repair (that Apple) just for them to admit they were in the wrong and did not repair it correctly.
