Review: This is a breeder of Shiba Inus. Customers pay alot of money for these dogs. In my case, for this specific dog in question, I paid $1000.00 (I also bought another dog at the same time, but there were no issues with the other dog). [redacted], the dog in question, was supposed to have her litter registered with [redacted] . For whatever reason, this was never done, and I have attempted on 3 to 4 occasions to resolve the situation with the owners of the business. [redacted] is not and will never be recognized as a pure breed because her litter was never duly registered. To make matters worse, the owners are saying that because of a PC glitch with new software, they never kept [redacted] info on File. [redacted] is presently registered as a "Mixed Breed" . I paid for her as a pure breed. Whatever events [redacted] participates in she will never be given full recognition as the pure breed she was presented to me. At this point, I am beginning to suspect that I was lied to about the dog's blood lines. Unfortunately, the dogs were transported to me and it was very difficult to deal ( and continues to be) with the people that own this business. In fact, the primary owner always has her daughters deal with customers. (They are young, especially [redacted], and have to 'hold the fort' for their Mom.) I understand people are human and have problems, but these folks should understand that as a business, they are getting paid for services which have not been rendered, and as such should be held accountable.Desired Settlement: I think that there is no way that I should have paid $1000.00 for a dog who is considered by [redacted] a 'mixed breed' which in American idiom is equivalent to a "Mutt" . At most, I think that the dog as it stands when it was purchased with Rabies Vac and Health Certificate should be no more than $100.00 total cost.
