survey-based research on behalf of our clients, which include U.Sfederal and state government agencies seeking feedback regarding matters of public interest and made for an official government purposeIn none of our outreach do we sell, advertise, or solicit any products or services.The company has developed and implemented a process for ensuring that call recipients can opt out of participation and request to be excluded from receiving future calls, Based upon the particular request you provided, we have taken steps to exclude the individual's number from future survey effortsWe make every attempt to accommodate requests to be removed from participationIf the individual wishes to provide other phone numbers, we can exclude those as well.We trust this resolves this matterPlease feel free to let us know if there are additional questions regarding this matterThank you.Sincerely,James *D***

November 25, 2014Dear Customer,We apologize for the delay in responding to the complaint you filed with the Revdex.com on October 29, 2014, regarding your participation in ***'s Home Performance with ENERGY STAR (HPwFS) program and the rebate associated with the work conducted by the
participating contractorWe spoke to you on November 7, 2014, to explain the issue again and then followed up by email the same dayWe Subsequently confirmed that, since you had provided the information discussed below, your rebate application would be acceptedYou should receive your rebate check by mid-December.ICF’s delay in responding to your inquiries was due, in part, to the sensitivity of the participating contractor's status within ***'s HPwES program and the resulting decision to discontinue the participating contractor as a participant in the program.As we discussed by phone, based on the original rebate documentation provided for your project, the project did not qualify for a rebate in ***'s HPwES programPer ***'s HPwES Program requirements, a comprehensive audit must be completed prior to the contract signed date in order to ensure that each customer receives a proposed contract derived from the audit outlining a scope of work that most effectively addresses the home's energy efficiency needsThe documentation originally submitted indicated that the audit was conducted after the contract was signed to perform the work, instead of before the contract was signed, as the program requiresFurther verification was requested from the participating Contractor regarding the chronology of dates, as they reported that the contract was signed on February 15, and the audit was conducted on March 18, The program did not receive any additional verification from the participating contractor, and per program guidelines, the project was deemed to be ineligible for a rebate from the *** HPwES Program.As discussed by phone, since you subsequently provided documentation that the audit was conducted prior to the development and acceptance of the project's scope of work, we reconsidered the aforementioned decisionYou will be receiving your rebate check in mid-December 2014We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.Sincerely,Mollie R.
