Thanks for send the letter and email to us regarding Complaint # ***. The following is the details info for the case: The customer brought a used *** *** *** 14” laptop with a *** ** ***, *** *** *** * home without hard drive at $not $since we took
out our hard drive from the system . We reduced $of the price for our hard drive took out of the system instigated of moving his old drive to the dell system that is a good deal for him. Labor we charged for reset up hard drive by installing drivers, setup bios and clean his old hard drive virus, browsers at $(that price is below regular price on market). We also removed his windows password at $that is lower price too. Please see the attached invoice # *** After sale customer came back said some times when he in writing email got mouse cursor jump. We repaired system and reset up mouse control with testing fine at store gave it back to customer without charge. On Invoice ***, dated on March 13 we worked on customer’s computer again that time found system very slow, moved virus and bad links and found cursor caused software from Firefox so we cleaned browsers tested typing did not find any jump give back to customer with $payment of $job that because virus removal is not in the warranty and first time customer discount . On April 29, Invoice #***, Customer had his son’s *** * laptop (with problem no internet) to store told us to use his son’s computer and wanted us to move his data to the *** * laptop to use. We tried to move his hard drive to his son’s laptop but was not compatible with the system so has to transfer his all data to the *** * laptop. Due to widows only take office or we did not install it without license. So we told customer can use a free open office or has to purchase a office. Customer did not purchase office and took both computer away. In order to make his son’s computer to work we removed virus, repaired internet bowers and windows repair plus windows updates that cost $for data transfer we applied $that is lower price also for that kind of transfer with all data and desktop same layout as before. Total job cost $but we only charged customer $and that price is he agreed to pay it. As our business goal is customer satisfaction. Even customer’s system past days warranty we still take care it if it is our responsibility. We would like to give *** a free repair of the system we sold to him or replace a equitant computer. For his expense of new office is not our responsibly because *** * can not work with his old office and also he lost license on his old office that is his own responsibility.
