We purchased a sectional sofa & powered recliner from the [redacted] location in [redacted] We were told the recliner would arrive within 4-weeks from order and sectional 8-weeks from order (you must put a deposit for the order to be processed)Recliner arrived on time but with a defectThe leather did not line up properly with the back frame of the chairWe called for serviceService was promptHe showed up and simply shifted the leather, by hand, to try and line it up with the frame betterWe mentioned to the service person we were not satisfied with the repairThe leather was still off and has a wrinkle when you try to line it up properlyUpper Room never called us back, I called & emailed on several occasion and yet no responseA month & 1/later the Service Manager finally responds by email and indicates as per manufacture specs, the repairs are completeI don't think so Now for the sectionalWe were told someone would call to schedule delivery once it's arrived

Without a doubt, this is the worst furniture store I have ever been dealing with. I ordered a bedroom package in early August and was told by a salesperson it will be delivered in 3 weeks. I waited until the second week of September and went to the store but they told me order not ready. Fine, I could give more time. Now it is end of September, no body gave me a call, no body explained what happens. I called in today and the store doesn't even know when it could receive the order. [redacted] It has been 2 months and I am still waiting for the order I paid, not knowing when it could be delivered. My suggestion is to save your time, please don't go to this place.
Following up, they just called me said the order will be delivered in Nov, this is unbelievably worst service I have ever seen.

He showed up and simply shifted the leather, by hand, to try and line it up with the frame better. We mentioned to the service person we were not satisfied with the repair. The leather was still off and has a wrinkle when you try to line it up properly. Upper Room never called us back, I called & emailed on several occasion and yet no response. A month & 1/2 later the Service Manager finally responds by email and indicates as per manufacture specs, the repairs are complete. I don't think so.....
Now for the sectional. We were told someone would call to schedule delivery once it's arrived
