Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The age and miles of my truck are irrelevantWhen I came in the second time to fix my A/C, I was given my truck back and told everything works fineI paid additional money for a new problem with my A/C, but this time I ask for the mechanic to test the heat and cool air My A/C still wasn’t working properly My cool air was working but when I switched to the heater it was blowing out cold airSo these shady business tactics makes me not trust what they claim they said they did the first time when they work on my A/CWhen I brought the truck in the second time to get fixWhen I turned the heat on, it blew hot air on the driver’s side and cool air on the passenger’s sideAnd when I turned on the cool air, the driver’s side was cool and the passenger’s side was hotI assumed they fix the truck properly the first time, but it’s obvious they didn’t test the hot and cool air in my A/C the first time I brought it in Because their actions the second time proves they don’t fully test the A/C in my truck, but only claim to do soI know my truck very well, I keep up with the maintenance and I have proof.I paid more for this A/C work at this business comparatively to other shops because I was guarantee a warranty on my A/C, and not solely on individual parts that runs the A/C I'm in the process of taking my truck to an A/C specialist to learn what's really wrong with my A/C and Heater in my truck Regards, [redacted]

The second time Mr*** came in he was not charged anything for the diagnostic or repairsMr*** was only charged for the initial repair of the blend doorHis explanation is a different concern from when he originally brought the vehicle inWe only guarantee parts and labor that we repairWe cannot warranty work of the manufacturer and the parts they providePlease tale your vehicle somewhere for a second recommendation. I am rejecting this response because:The age and miles of my truck are irrelevant. When I came in the second time to fix my A/C, I was given my truck back and told everything works fine. I paid additional money for a new problem with my A/C,...

but this time I ask for the mechanic to test the heat and cool air.  My A/C still wasn’t working properly.  My cool air was working but when I switched to the heater it was blowing out cold air. So these shady business tactics makes me not trust what they claim they said they did the first time when they work on my A/C. When I brought the truck in the second time to get fix. When I turned the heat on, it blew hot air on the driver’s side and cool air on the passenger’s side. And when I turned on the cool air, the driver’s side was cool and the passenger’s side was hot. I assumed they fix the truck properly the first time, but it’s obvious they didn’t test the hot and cool air in my  A/C the first time I brought it in . Because their actions the second time proves they don’t fully test the A/C in my truck, but only claim to do so. I know my truck very well, I keep up with the  maintenance and I have proof.I paid more for this A/C work at this business comparatively to other shops because I was guarantee a warranty on my A/C, and not solely on individual parts that runs the A/C. 
I'm in the process of taking my truck to an A/C specialist to learn what's really wrong with my A/C and Heater in my truck.
