In regards to the customer complaint from the Better Businesses Bureau, on May 7, at about 3:31pm, we charged four customers with two separate checks of $29,for two dinner buffets with drinks includedThe customer called to our attention that our computer was faster than the present
time, which we changed after we realized it was one minute earlyAfter that we corrected the computer's time and gave them a $discount from our restaurant's gift cardThe customer seemed to be satisfied with the $gift card and ate her mealAfter two hours, the customer left the restaurant without any more complaintsWe were also accused of telling our workers to poorly prepare their food; however, we would never encourage any worker at the grill to serve people incorrectlyIf there are any other objections there is also video proof that shows we did not commit this act.Manager of Ichiban Buffet,Yan L

which we changed after we realized it was one minute early. After that we corrected the computer's time and gave them a $10.00 discount from our restaurant's gift card. The customer seemed to be satisfied with the $10.00 gift card and ate her meal. After two hours, the customer left the restaurant without any more complaints. We were also accused of telling our workers to poorly prepare their food; however, we would never encourage any worker at the grill to serve people incorrectly.
