Dr [redacted] States That I won't return his papers and that I had not completed the years in question: He called me on 06/12/at 1:p.m( I saved it in my cell phone) and left a message stating that he wants his tax papers and that if he doesn't hear from me within hours, he going to report me to the Revdex.com.I RETURNED his call on 06/13/at 10:a.mAND made contact with him again, later on the same day--06/13/to deliver the tax papers and I delivered them on 06/13/between 6:p.mand 7:p.m.-- WITHIN hours THEREFORE, his report/accusation of me is NULL & VOID If Dr [redacted] would have KEPT HIS WORD and had waited at least hours--LIKE HE SAID HE WOULD,he would have already had the requested info in hand and the Revdex.com would NOT have needed to get involved Also, if Dr [redacted] would have given me the additional info regarding additional business expenses--actual, not asking me to use figures from other tax years--the taxes could have been filed awhile agoAlso, during the time that Dr [redacted] said I wouldn't return his calls, I had a sciatic attack, where it was very painful to sit or stand for any length of time and I had to go for treatment 3X a week at one point to get any relief.Bottom Line: I returned his info within his requested time Therefore all this UNNECESSARY complaint is HIS FAULT!! See the above!!
