On December 15th I sent my iphone to [redacted] for repairIt is now March 16th and I have not received my phone I mailed my iphone to [redacted] ***, Owner of ichipped on December 15th I was told that it would only take a week to repair and ship backI would contact him every week or so to get an update on my phones repair and all he could tell me was another thing was broken with itafter a month he told me it was fixed and he would be mailing it but he never didThen he told me a sensor was broken and it would cost more money to fix but he would do it for free since he had the phone for so longThis continued for monthsIt is now March 16th and I have not got my phone backHe told me a month ago he was sending it back, it was fixed and ready to go and still nothingHe has gone back and fourth from it being fixed to broke for the last monthHe has threatened to block me from contacting him because I keep asking for my phoneHe has been disrespectful

I broke the face on my phone so I sent it into iChipped to get it fixed. I live in Washington State, mailed it down to Florida, and got it back within 3 days. It looked and worked like it was brand new. Couldn't be happier with the repairs.
