I am rejecting this response because: This is obviously going no whereI don't have access to scan all my paperwork of costs that have been and that still have to be put into the vehicleI have all them in hand thoughThank you for your time and I hope you can really see who is at fault here

I have responded to this complaint fully in my first responseThe vehicle was over the mileage covered under the signed warranty and all attached documentation show the paper trail of the correct mileageThis customer is making up continuous lies and wasting all of our timeI'm sure you have delt with them beforeCall me if you have any questions. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: I am not sure why he is pointing out my cell phone and boyfriendWe have all the receipts from the Auto shops of the replacements we had to fix on my carI do not know much about cars sop my boyfriend helps meWe have a receipt for the tires we had to put on, the Strutt that is broken (Mechanics said it has been broken for quite some time now), The new battery, and the cablesHe never once told me the seat was completely damaged, he decided seat covers would cover itHe still has not sent me the car fax as he said he wouldI received the Tags a few days ago (he had them kept in his office and had never sent them out "he claims") I mentioned to him before I left the following day of him fixing the window and he just ignored me and continued on with his dayI even wrote a review on the page and not once has he responded. I have all my paperwork and receipts for the whole vehicle and the issues it hasI need to be refunded for what the car should of already been set with because when asked what was wrong with it he said nothing everything was perfect, but the two back tiresThe tire shop in Oroville has even told my boyfriend and I that this guy is always screwing people over. Something needs to be done

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/08/17) */
Mr*** has retracted his original complaint in person at our retail storeOne of the two batteries in question was found to still be in good conditionOur policy is to always test any battery in question BEFORE any warrant adjustment
Much like a flat tire MUST be aired up to test for leaks, so too does ANY discharged battery need CHARGED up and tested under a load condition to determine the condition of the batteryMr*** is a valued customer of ours and purchased two batteries just today! We hope in the future he and others will recognize our devotion to our customers and our expertise of proper battery placement, service life, testing and warranted adjustment if needed

I am rejecting this response because: He hasn't even said anything about fixing the situation, he continues to act like a child and just say all I do is continue to lie and that you have dealt with me beforeNever once have I ever had an issue with any vehicles until I purchased the vehicle from himI have all my receipts and paperwork stating everything that has needed fixedStill have not gotten one response onto why he never told me about my seats being tornNever once has even offered to help the situationI find this very immature of a businessI have all my documentations still to this day on what has been fixed on the car and what still needs to be fixed

I am the owner of South Seventy Auto Sales and am replying to complaint # I sold [redacted] this vehicle on 08/25/She came in on 08/24/with her brotherThey test drove the vehicle, liked it and decided they wanted to purchase itThe rear tires were a little worn so
I had them replaced with new ones later that day on 08/24/Attached is a receiptThey came back the next day and bought the vehicleI scheduled an appointment with Fast-Tech Auto Glass to have a new windshield installed on 08/29/Attached is a receipt.? [redacted] brought the vehicle in on that day and waited in the office for approximately two hoursShe played on her cell phone in the office the entire time and never mentioned of her car not starting the day after she purchased it like she is sayingThe next time after this that I heard from them was weeks later when [redacted] and her apparent boyfriend came byHe had told me that they had to drive the vehicle out of state for a family thing and he knew that they had driven over the 1,miles allowed under the warranty but now had complaints since returning from their tripHe complained of the battery, battery cables and brakesI told him there was nothing I could do because the miles were over the warrantyHe was very rude and threatening that it was my problem and I was going to fix it[redacted] stayed in the car the entire time never looking up from her phoneThe next time that I saw them was a couple days laterThe boyfriend returned this time by himself to apologize for the way he acted and then continued to ask what I was going to do about itThis was the last that I have heard from these peopleShe is also claiming of the miles not being correct on the paperwork so I have included all documentation of mileage to show that she is in fact lyingI purchased this vehicle at auction on 08/23/with 193,Smogged it the same day with 193,Then sold it to her on 8/25/with 193,592.? All mileage is documented and never did it have? the 194,that they are claiming at the time of purchase.? They never brought this mileage thing up to me either because they are lyingAs for the tags I included DMV documentation of proof of transfer that shows they have received the tagsThey also stated that I will not talk nor return calls that is because simply they have not calledThese are all lies and these documents will shed some light on the situationIf I had to guess I would say that this is more of an internal problem with the boyfriendI see the vehicle around town daily and he is the only one ever driving it and not once has [redacted] ever said anything to me about anythingIt has always been an issue with himThanks so much.? 8? All my legal documentation was submitted in my first response

This vehicle was purchased on March 22, not February 28, We have a very clear documented warranty that we stand by and have on fileIf there were any issues they should have been acknowledged soonerThank you
