We like the iCombat equipment, but working with iCombat staff has been frustrating We chose to finance our purchase and their president refused to work with our financing group because the terms were 75% paid up front and the rest upon confirmation that the equipment arrives in good working order certified by an third party inspector So in order to move the deal forward we used a credit card to pre-pay upon agreement that they would reimburse us immediately upon receiving the check from our financing company It has been four weeks since they've drawn from our credit card and we still have not seen our refund Every day that we call to get this addressed we get additional excuses for delays It has badly impacted our ability to move forward in our businessWe are not happy with the way we've been treated We would not recommend iCombat to another business
