I purchased a brand new home in Oregon City from Icon about years agoThey were negligent in installing the siding and rock work on my houseI am currently having to spend around $80,to repair the dry rot that has resulted from their negligenceThe dry rot was so bad that major structural beams of my house had eaten down to less than half the beamI have contacted them and they sent their warranty guy out to inspect the damageHe could not deny that such damage should not exist in a year old houseHe said he would talk to the owner about the problem and contact me the next dayHe never called back and will no longer return my phone callsThis company took my money for shotty work and will not stand behind their work and do the right thing to repair itJust about everyone I have spoken to in my neighborhood has had issues wil their construction, most of it coming from poor installation of siding and rock work

Icon Construction began demolition of an existing shop building located directly behind my property on October 14th, During that demolition process, large pieces of the structure hit and fell into our existing fence along our property lineMultiple sections of the fence were damaged beyond repair, and the entire length of the fence was compromised due to the amount of force that hit the fence and lack of erosion control by Icon After making the Icon excavator aware of the damage, his reply was, " What do you expect? The fence was crap anyway." I then proceeded to make him aware of a dog on my property that was no longer contained due to his negligenceHe shrugged his shoulders and said, "we will repair it temporarily for you to help secure the property." After a poor attempt was made to secure the fence line, a representative of Icon knocked on my door and told me that a fence company would be out the following week to replace the fenceI then proceeded to contact Icon that
