This company is the best and far exceeded my expectations. I finally got the kitchen and master bath of my dreams! Thank you- highly recommend.

Well Mr. you called me yesterday and told me you were going to call me back today once you looked into it further and spoke to *** Apparently you didn't have time to call me back because it is 5:40 pm and I just left you a voicemail on your phone because you did not call me back but made time to respond to my review somehow. Well I did some research today on my own and spoke with a representative from the City of Boca Raton permitting. It seems that on more than once occasion my permit was denied because *** did not provide the proper paperwork to get the permit approved. The disapproval occurred on November 6, 2019 and yet again on December 20, 2019 because he did not provide the proper paperwork for the design and construction of the building and I can not recall what the other reason was. I guess your employees follow by example. Thank you for not being a man of your word and calling me back today !!! Well I did call you at 5:34 pm after I posted this review earlier today and you didn't answer and I left you a voicemail. You did call me back and admit that *** has made mistakes in my permit application which I already knew because I spoke with the Coty of Boca Raton permitting today. They advised me on November 6, 2019 was not approved because *** failed to deliver the proper paperwork. Also on December 20, 2019 I was denied again because it took *** approximately 45 days to bring in the proper paperwork which again was disapproved because he still did not supply the proper paperwork. You called me back at 5:57 pm and we spoke for 6 minutes and admitted *** screwed up, I asked you for some type of compensation due to the incompetence of your employee *** You asked me what I wanted, I told you as a business owner you should make an offer to me but that was not acceptable to you. You became irate over the fact that in my initial review I stated you were no longer approved on the home advisor website and I would ruin your business and that it was a false statement. I advised you I read it somewhere otherwise I would not know the proper terminology that they used. Well I couldn't find that site again so as you stated you are still an active advisor which is all you seemed to care about. You then called me back at 6:06 pm, 3 minutes after we hung up from our conversation and made me an offer. Your offer was you would obtain the permit and for me to find another contractor to do the work because as you stated , this is not good for either of us. I told you that you are doing the work because we have a signed contract and you rattled off some Florida statute that you can wiggle your way out of this contract that we signed 2 months ago. You and I have had no contact while all these problems were going on but once I posted my review I KNEW I would hear from you. If you are going to contact me again DO NOT THREATEN ME !!! It's really not good for business and I don't take threats lightly. Maybe there should be better supervision of your employees without threatening me to pull out of the contract. So in closing I could not find the website where I read you are no longer an approved on the home advisor website which seemed to be your only concern. I attached 5 photos for any perspective client to look at.

We bought a property and tasked Icon to do the almost impossible job, where almost everything wasn't to code, they stuck with us doing all the run around with the city and dealing with inspectors and also performing great work and bringing the house back to code, took a while but only because of the city and inspectors but they got us to the finish line and I am super grateful to their friendly staff Debbie and Paul with whom I was in contact constantly. I wish this thing had 10 stars because 5 wasn't enough. Great job guys!!

I had a plumbing problem and when I contacted them they were immediately responsive. I received a two hour window for my appointment and even a reminder call from the dispatcher to ensure the time still worked for me. The plumber called me in advance to tell me he was thirty minutes away. When he got here he immediately assessed the problem and took care of it the same day. The cost was reasonable and they were very professional and efficient. I recommend them for even the smallest of jobs and will definitely work with them on the upcoming renovations I have planned for my new house.
