We have contacted the customer and workled out the issue.They will take delivery witin weeks

The customer is taking delivery in KoreaUnfortunatelymany shipping companies are cancelling shipments to Korea at a very high rate Therefore the customer's vehicle shipment keeps getting rescheduled.Currently the customer's vehicle is scheduled to sail on 7/ [redacted] with an ETA of 8/ [redacted] Because shippers have cancelled on us before, we cannot guarantee this until the ship actually sails.The customer's original delivery date was It arrived in the US Port on Making the date would nornally not have been an issue, but for all the above referenced cancellations We will keep the customer and Revdex.com informed of our progress in getting the vehicle shipped

We apologize for the error and will escalate this to a senior person todayThe customer will hear from us in the next day or two with a resolution

(OMSC) takes customer service very seriously and in no way intended to deceive [redacted] ***. At this time we have been unable to find any documentation or notes to support... [redacted] ***’s claim that there was an offer to compensate her for her rental costs. We have reviewed [redacted] ***’s customer file and have found the order acceptance, dated [redacted] July 2015, which states that the vehicle was to be delivered to the U.S. port for international shipment on [redacted] October 2015. Our records reflect that [redacted] ***’s vehicle was delivered early and left port to Guam on [redacted] September 2015.At this time we are not willing to compensate [redacted] for her rental vehicle costs. OMSC has complied with the terms of the customer’s order and the vehicle was delivered to port as per the terms of the paperwork. Dear Sir, or Ma'am.Unfortunately, it's not acceptableOriginally, I asked the car to be shipped right away or issue a full refund with $3,to settle the dispute. None of that happenedThe signed contract in September stated that the shipping date is April 2017. The company not only missed the first contracted shipping date, but also delayed twice in May and June 2017. In addition, there were nothing but silence on the vehicle
status unless I asked what the status was. Continuing lies and deceiving business practice gave me
no choice but to make pleas to Revdex.com (Revdex.com)I sincerely hope
the company understands how the consumer feel waiting almost a year later since September

The customer will be issues a full refund with in the next week

The customer was givena full refund. The $300 deposit was paid with a credit card and so we credited her card balance. If she does not receive the credit, she should check with her credit card company.

In May 2017, I complied with the aforementioned company's  demand to pay $58,000. This is in addition to the $3,000 deposit I paid in September 2016. The company kept silence until when I asked for the delivery status. Each time, I was given excuses with delayed shipping date and waited with another silence. I have complied with their demands promptly, and sincerely hoping for the positive outcome. However, I have not seen any result nor the status on my order but continuing silence with excuses. I believe I've been reasonable enough to resolve this in peaceful way. I simply lost faith and am no longer interested in the vehicle I dearly wanted, Therefore, I demand a full refund immediately. I'm very disappointed obviously. Thank you.

It arrived in the US Port on 4/**/17.  Making the 5/**/ date would nornally not have been an issue, but for all the above referenced cancellations.  We will keep the customer and Revdex.com informed of our progress in getting the vehicle shipped.

Please be advised that this has been settled. The account is refunded in full. It was a cash account and they wanted a refund in full which we have provided.
