Icon Customs, LLC Reviews (6)

ICON Customs estimated the partial restoration of my vehicle to take 4-months months later I removed my vehicle prior to their eviction It is missing multiple pieces of hardware (to include the windshield), and the original rear bumper is gone and a aftermarket bumper is installed There were also multiple cost over runs Communication with the Operations Manager (***) is very difficult as he is non-responsive to calls or emails and will often not tell the truth on the condition of your vehicle Additionally, I have relocated to CO and will now have to pay for vehicle transportation costs due to multiple missed completion dates I strongly recommend not doing business with this company (or any company owned by [redacted] or [redacted] in case ICON Customs LLC changes its name after being evicted on September 2017)

[redacted] lied to my husband and I about our vehicle that we had taken to Icon to rebuild Not sure where our car is now My husband thought getting me a corvette for our year anniversary sounded like a good idea, so he bought a car, all of the parts and accessories to complete the job, and found Icon Customs to do the work based on their local rating by word of mouth, online presence, and [redacted] 's friendly attitude and willingness to get the job completed in two months My husband was, at the time, deployed to Afghanistan When he came home from his deployment just a week before our anniversary, he was ecstatic to show me what he had gotten for me On our anniversary, we drove to the gas station down from the shop, where my hubby blindfolded me, drove me to the shop, walked me inside, and revealed the car, which was supposed to be completed in just two weeks It was in half, wheels on the floor, body suspended in the air, not looking close to done at all I freaked

Took car to get restored and now get no response from shop
Two years ago I took my car, a mustang, to icon customs in ***The owner gave me an estimate of six months and it would be completedAfter the six period the car was no where near completion and every time I called or went to check on it I would get a different excuse from the owner as to why no work had been doneI tried to be patient because I didn't want a rush job and not quality workThe last time I got to see my car was July and it was still far from completion and once again I got another excuse from the owner about his short staff and the usual "I'll have the car painted in two weeks" lineOn August I tried calling to schedule an appointment to see my car, like the owner instructed me to do and got no answer, I left a message and waited for a replyAfter receiving no response I tried again on the 18th and left more messagesFinally I have been calling numerous times every day since then and have
